FirstDollar respects your privacy and handles data in line with India's DPDP Act and GDPR principles. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Scan inputs: the URL or description you submit. We fetch the public page to analyse it. We do not store your source code. Usage: an anonymous, hashed fingerprint (IP + browser) used only to count free scans. Email: only if you give it to us for the newsletter or a purchase. Payments: processed by Razorpay/Stripe — we never see your card details.

How we use it

To provide the Service, meter free usage, send you product/launch tips you opted into, and process payments. We do not sell your data.

Third parties

Razorpay and Stripe (payments), and an LLM provider for optional AI launch-post enhancement. Your scan input may be sent to that provider only when you generate AI content.

Your rights

You can request access to or deletion of your data, or unsubscribe at any time, by emailing getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com.

Retention

We keep anonymous usage counts and lead emails until you ask us to delete them.
