Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FirstDollar ("the Service"), operated from India. By using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

FirstDollar analyses a public landing page or product description you provide and generates a launch-readiness checklist, pricing-page copy, payment boilerplate code and launch posts. Output is provided as guidance — you are responsible for reviewing and testing any generated code before using it in production.

2. Accounts & plans

Free usage is metered. Paid plans (Pro, Team) unlock additional features and are billed monthly. Prices are shown in INR and USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes where stated.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to scan sites you don't own or have permission to analyse, to abuse the infrastructure, or to generate content that is unlawful. We may suspend access for abuse.

4. Generated code

Code we generate is provided "as is" under a permissive license for your use. It contains no warranty. Always test payment flows in a sandbox before going live. We are not liable for misconfigured payment integrations.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior month.
